Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we make sure that the abaya you receive matches the product shown in the picture. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or device screen settings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

We ship across Pakistan (and internationally if enabled). You can enter your address at checkout to see available delivery options for your location.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, many of our popular designs are restocked regularly. If an item you like is out of stock, please check back later or contact our customer support to know the expected restock date.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the abaya is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to start the return process.

Where can I ship my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a receipt via email. You can also log in to your Anabia Abaya account and view your order history, including receipts.
