Exchange & Refund Policy

At Anabia Abaya, all abayas are custom made to order, crafted specifically for you. As such, we only offer returns and exchanges in very specific circumstances.

1. When Can I Request a Return or Exchange?

Returns or exchanges are only allowed if the item we sent you is defective or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).

If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Condition Requirements

In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In its original condition and packaging

Please ensure you contact us promptly and include a description of the issue so we can assist you efficiently.

3. Shipping Charges

  • If the return or exchange is due to our error (defective item or incorrect product), Anabia Abaya will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For any other reason—for instance, changes in personal preference or customer error—the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Include your order number, the issue with your item (e.g., “incorrect color” or “defective stitching”), and photos, if possible.
  3. We will review your request and provide instructions or a return shipping label if your request is valid.

5. Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our condition requirements, we’ll process your exchange or refund promptly.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
